Return and Cancellation Policy
At Sovereign Brand Tees, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Items purchased online from SovereignBrandTees.com are eligible for a refund if the following criterion is met: Sovereign Brand Tees accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached, in original packaging within 15 days of your order ship date.
Each returned boxed item must have a Sovereign Brand Tees return authorization number clearly written on the outside. To obtain a return authorization number, please contact customer service by sending an email to returns@sovereignbrandtees.com.
Be sure to include the following information in your email:
Invoice Date
Invoice Number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
You will receive an email from our Returns Department with a Return Authorization Number and Shipping Address upon agreement to accept goods for refund or exchange.
Reminder: this RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package you are returning.
All refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Once the return item is received and inspected, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item. (Shipping costs are not refundable). If you return a package that does not met the above criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item regardless of reason.
Exchanging an item:
Please follow the Returns Procedure as stated above.
An item purchased as an exchange is considered a new purchase and will need to be charged prior to shipping. Please go through the normal on-line shopping method to order the item you would like. Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item. (Shipping costs are not refundable)
Web Specials and Close Out items:
Sales of web specials, Sale items and closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items.
Return of an item purchased from one of our Boutique Retail Partners:
Sovereign Brand Tees will only accept returns or exchanges for items that meet all the above criteria and that were purchased directly from our online store, SovereignBrandTees.com
Order Cancellation
You may cancel any Sovereign Brand Tees order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the Return Procedure Policy once your order is received and you wish to make a return. Please email orders@sovereignbrandtees.com to determine order status; please include your order number, order date, and the email address associated with the order, along with your request to cancel all or some of the items on your order. Be sure to specifically indicate what items you wish to cancel from your order. If you order has not been shipped, it will be revised per your instructions and payment adjusted.
